Reloads are asked for, not switched on.

They come from a VIP host, and a host is assigned at Platinum 4 and above. Here is the sequence, and the one decision inside it that actually matters.

The sequence

01
Reach Platinum 4 Below that tier there is no host to ask. Both stake.com and stake.us document a VIP host and host-managed reloads from Platinum 4 upward. Lower Platinum ranks can still receive time-limited reloads without a host.

02
Contact Stake support Support puts you in touch with the VIP host assigned to your account. Hosts differ between players, so there is no single menu path worth memorising, and no public one this page could invent.

03
Ask your host for reloads — and specify the interval This is the decision. Hosts commonly offer an hourly or a daily cadence, and the two are not equivalent in practice. See below.

Checked 10 August 2026. VIP thresholds, reload amounts and cadences are Stake’s to set and to change. Confirm your current tier in your own account rather than trusting this date indefinitely, and use the matching site’s VIP progress — stake.com and stake.us are separate programmes.

Hourly or daily

The honest answer depends on how you claim, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.

If you claim by hand

Daily may genuinely suit you better. A daily reload is one claim you are unlikely to miss. Twenty-four hourly reloads are twenty-four chances to be asleep, at work, or away from the machine — and every missed window is worth nothing.

If you claim automatically

Hourly is strictly better, because the miss rate falls close to zero. The whole advantage of the hourly cadence is capturing windows a person would sleep through.

The arithmetic is yours to run, with the figures your own host offers: twenty-four times the hourly amount against one times the daily amount, when every hourly window is claimed. This page invents no per-claim values, because they are Stake’s and they differ per player.

Reload claiming is the free half

StakeClaimer claims reloads without a subscription. That is not a trial or a teaser — it is the whole reload feature, permanently.

It works the same way as code claiming: the script runs in your logged-in Stake tab and submits the claim when a reload becomes available. The setup is here.

What it still cannot do

  • It cannot make you eligible for reloads. That is your tier and your host’s decision.
  • It cannot contact support or negotiate a cadence on your behalf.
  • It cannot claim while the browser is closed.
  • It cannot run on a phone.

If you want the paid half as well, Telegram code claiming has a 2-day free trial started from the panel. Reloads stay free either way.

What to ask for, by how you claim

How you claim What to ask your host for
By hand Daily may suit you better. One window you can plan around beats many windows you will miss overnight or while away.
Automatically Hourly is strictly better. The miss rate drops near zero, so the frequency advantage is the one you actually keep.

Questions people actually ask

Reload requests
QuestionAnswer
How do I request a Stake reload?Contact Stake support and ask to be put in touch with your assigned VIP host, then request a reload schedule from that host. Confirm your current VIP tier first; thresholds can change.
What VIP rank do I need for Stake reloads? As of 2026-08-10, Stake's help centres for stake.com and stake.us both document a VIP host at Platinum IV and above for host-managed reloads. Lower Platinum ranks may get time-limited reloads without a host. Check your current tier in-product.
Does Platinum 4 apply on stake.us?Yes for VIP host assignment: stake.us help documents a dedicated VIP host at Platinum IV, with renewable reloads arranged through that host. Reloads also exist at lower Platinum ranks on a time-limited basis. Check stake.us VIP progress in-product.
Should I ask for hourly or daily reloads? If you claim by hand, daily may suit you better because one window is easier to catch. If you claim automatically, hourly is strictly better because you stop missing overnight and away-from-desk windows.
Is a Stake reload the same as a Telegram bonus code? No. Reloads are VIP account bonuses your host can arrange. Telegram drop codes are separate public codes with their own eligibility and timing limits. See why Stake codes fail for drop-code failures.
Can StakeClaimer request a reload from my VIP host? No. StakeClaimer cannot contact your host, change your VIP tier, or create reload eligibility. It can only claim a reload Stake has already made available from your open logged-in Stake tab.
Do reloads count against the 10-code daily cap?No. The cap of 10 claimed codes per 24 hours applies to Telegram drop codes. Reloads are a separate mechanic arranged with your host.
Is reload claiming free with StakeClaimer?Yes. Free reload claiming runs from your open logged-in Stake tab. Telegram code claiming requires a trial or paid plan.

Once the reload exists, the claiming is free

StakeClaimer cannot create reload eligibility or contact your VIP host. It claims what Stake has already made available, from a logged-in tab you keep open.
