What StakeClaimer collects and why.
What we collect
- Stake username for trial, subscription, account status, and account-linked presence.
- Payment and order metadata needed to confirm NOWPayments checkout.
- A one-time first-run install ping with a random install id (not your Stake username) so unique installs can be counted without counting updates.
- Periodic userscript presence heartbeats while the script runs, used for reliability monitoring. These may include script version, region, subscription tier, and aggregate readiness metrics such as relay connection, token age, claim-queue length, and whether the Stake page is visible.
- Client identifiers derived from Stake username (hashed) or a fallback fingerprint when username is unavailable.
- Optional website analytics when configured (for example Plausible or GA4).
What we do not collect
- Your Stake password.
- Wallet private keys.
- Bonus codes or raw Telegram message contents in diagnostic/install beacons.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential cookies for checkout and admin sessions. Optional privacy-friendly or standard web analytics run only when a provider is configured.
We also set a first-party cookie (kept for 30 days) so we can tell which page you first landed on and which site referred you, if any. That helps us understand how people find StakeClaimer. We do not store your IP address, we do not fingerprint your device, and we do not share this cookie or the landing/referrer data with anyone else.
